Vintage Lefton Japan Mr Toodles Salt and Pepper Shakers With Stoppers.
This is an extremely unusual set. They were never used (were on a display case for years).
One of the Maltese Dogs has paint mistakes by the painter— very rare. The same one has a hairline fracture caused by the glazing technique used.
Overall these two are beautiful and unique and would be perfect for your collection.
