Never worn vintage Y2K Nine West floral tall boots. Just got new heels for these boots this week - the soles only show slight scratches from when the cobbler was adding the new heels. The patent leather on the inside rim and near the zipper is peeling due to age. Any wear on the outside was from living in a box for years. Sold as is.
