Terms & Conditions (T&C)

By registering with AAG, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to Ethics and Compliance policies.

1. Ethical Business Practices

• Integrity and Fairness:Vendors of AAG must conduct all business dealings with honesty, transparency, and fairness, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Anti-Bribery and Corruption:Offering, soliciting, or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or any form of undue influence is strictly prohibited at AAG.
• Conflicts of Interest:Vendors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest to AAG.
• Confidentiality:All shared information of AAG must be kept confidential and used solely for business purposes.
• Sustainability:Vendors of AAG are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices and support environmental and social responsibility initiatives.

2. Order Fulfillment and Quality Assurance

• Timely Delivery:Deliver goods and services as per agreed timelines. Any potential delays must be promptly communicated, along with a revised delivery schedule. Unjustified delays may result in penalties or cancellation of orders.
• Quality Standards:Ensure all products/services meet agreed specifications and quality benchmarks. Defective or substandard goods will be rejected, and vendors must replace them at their own cost.
• Accuracy of Orders:Deliver the correct quantity and specifications as per the PO. Any discrepancies must be resolved promptly at the vendor’s expense.

3. Consequences of Non-Compliance
   Repeated issues such as order delays, poor quality, or ethical violations may result in:

• Financial penalties.
• Suspension of future orders.
• Termination of the vendor agreement/contract.

4. Banking Information
   AAG will not take any email instructions to alter the beneficiary’s banking details. If the supplier wishes to change the beneficiary’s banking details, AAG must receive written instructions (original), with company letterhead, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.
5. Dispute Resolution
   In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be addressed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
