Thank you for using Al Abbas Group (AAG) platform, which encompasses the website (alabbas.com), and any web portals accessible through the website (all, the “Website”), which is operated by AAG and its  subsidiaries or affiliates .

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out the basis on which AAG collects uses and discloses personal information obtained from you when using the Website.

This Policy is effective from 21 July 2020.

By visiting the Website, and/or by using any services provided via this Website, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, and your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with the terms of this Policy. AAG may amend this Policy at any time without notice, and such amendments become effective from the date upon which they are made available on the Website. If you do not agree to the Policy (including any of the amendments), then you should immediately cease providing information through the functions on the Website.

1- Most of this Website can be viewed without giving AAG any information. However, certain services may require the collection of information from you. AAG uses this information to provide you with the services, and in particular to keep internal records; improve this Website; communicate with you if you have ordered services from AAG; contact you for market research purposes; and provide you with information about new features, promotions, special offers and other information.

2- AAG uses Personal Information for a range of business-related purposes (e.g., your full name, mobile number, email address; and information regarding your interests, demographics, experiences and contact preferences in order to provide you with further correspondence about available functions. If you contact AAG via the Website, or via email to the contact information set out on the Website, AAG may keep a record of that correspondence.

3- AAG uses General Information to help make the Website more useful to visitors (including to help assess content of interest to visitors), and for other purposes such as determining the Website’s technical design specifications and identifying system performance or problem areas, for tracking activity on the Website, preparing reports, assessing trends, and otherwise monitoring the way in which the Website is being used – none of which would be in a way that could personally identify any user.

1- You agree that AAG may share your Personal Information with any subcontractors that are assisting AAG with the operation of the Website, as well as subsidiaries and affiliates and who have agreed to abide by the terms of this policy. By submitting your Personal Information, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. AAG will not share, sell or rent your Personal Information in any manner to any third parties outside itself and those subcontractors, except when AAG has your express permission, if required to do so by law or any governing authority or to protect its own legitimate interests.

2- You may choose to provide your Personal Information to users of the Website and, in this case, AAG is not liable for the manner in which that user or third-party deals with your confidential information. 3- If AAG enters into a joint venture with, purchases or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed or transferred to the target company, our new business partners or owners or their advisors.
